Blue Fusion Art Restaurant is a special restaurant that combines art and gastronomy. It is something unique on the cosmopolitan island of Μykonos. An impressive sculpture exhibition of large scale artworks in the garden of the restaurant preaches the visitor to the conceptual framework of the gastronomic experience that will follow.
Chef Miltos Karoubas together with his executive chef Giannis Panagiotopoulos, manages the Fusion menu by making use of local products in his dishes. The dishes impress with distinctive combinations of Japanese flavours with Mediterranean aroma.
Kelly Athanasiadou, is the Art Manager of the restaurant and curates the sculpting installations in the restaurant’s surroundings as well as special themed gastronomy events, as “Painters Day” where daily specials are presented in visual interaction with the distinctive styles of famous painters.
The visitor enjoys a special journey of flavors within an art environment where he can vote for his favorite sculpture and bring its creator closer to the three cash prizes to be given to the most popular works at the end of the summer season.
